This policy covers two separate things: this website (freeinvoice4u.com) and the Invoice Pro desktop application. They handle data very differently, so we've kept them clearly separated below.
The Invoice Pro desktop app
Invoice Pro is designed to run entirely offline. The app does not have a server, does not require an account, and does not transmit your invoices, client details, or company information anywhere.
- All data (invoices, clients, companies, departments, settings) is stored locally on your computer.
- The app does not phone home, does not sync to any cloud service, and does not share data with us or any third party.
- You are responsible for backing up your own data — the app includes a "Backup Data" button for this purpose.

Unlike the app, this website does collect limited data, used only to understand traffic and improve the site:
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (country/city level), device type, and which download button was clicked. This data is aggregated and anonymized by Google and is not used to personally identify you. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google AdSense
This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
